Cancellations, substitutions and requests for refund must be submitted by email to rachel@conferenceguru.com for consideration. Cancellations and refunds will be considered only if submitted in writing no later than the following deadlines:
 
Cancellations received 3 weeks prior to the event - Full refund, less $100 processing fee
Cancellations received between 3 weeks and 10 days prior to the event  - 50% refund or 100% credit towards another Guru Only Deal

Cancellations within 10 days of the event are non-refundable. 

You may transfer your registration to another person by 7 days prior to the event by providing authorization to us at rachel@conferenceguru.com.  

Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of an event, the liability of Conference Guru is limited to the return of paid registration fees.
